The Secret Life of Pets has officially hit theaters and six exclusive collectibles are now available on select General Mills cereals! We often wonder what our pup, Bettis, is up to at home while we’re gone so our boys were hoping to get the inside scoop from the film. After watching Max’s incredible adventures throughout his day, our boys dreamed up their own list for Bettis’ daily adventures.
According to our boys, the daily adventures for our Olde English Bulldog include:
- Makes sandwiches and eats all day
- Invites friends over to go swimming
- Runs around and plays with other dogs
- Plays Xbox One
- Rings doorbell and runs inside
- Goes fishing on a boat
- Makes piles out of the laundry and jumps in it
- Drives in the car and picks up friends- a reindeer, mongoose, and bear
While Bettis’ daily adventures may not be as extravagant as Max’s trek through the sewers, ferry rides, and visits to Weiner Kingdom, we think he’s more curious than rebellious when home alone. Since Bettis wasn’t giving any clues as to the intentions of his alone time, we decided to give our collectable pets some fun and create our own DIY dog house!
The boys decided to mirror the personalities of the characters in the movie to the color of our dog house by combining various paints to create a welcoming and exciting tone for all collectable pets to enjoy!
The character collectibles allow you to bring your furry friends with you wherever you go– even to the red carpet movie experience! Check out Crusoe the Celebrity Dachshund and his friends strutting down the “green grass” carpet.
