After learning about Jenny Craig’s innovative program, I had a front row seat for a demonstration giving tons of tricks and tips to spice up your meals and get creative with you food! While I’m all about attempting to create a meal that looks and tastes good enough to win the grand prize on the latest cooking show, I’m also very realistic. I have three children under the age of six. I have a brain injury and a budget for my shopping list. Creating those magazine cover meals was never within my reach… until now, thanks to my complimentary spiralizer from Jenny Craig! In a matter of minutes, we created gorgeous salads that looked like a professional chef created!
Creating my own masterpiece salad made me even hungrier, so I couldn’t wait to delve into Jenny Craig’s new fall foods! From Chicken pot pies to delicious Triple Chocolate Cheesecake, Jenny Craig’s fall foods covers it all and satisfies the palate! I took a tasting of everything- Butternut Squash Ravioli, a Garden Vegetable Frittata, Chicken Street Tacos, Fiesta Chicken & Rice, Szechuan Shrimp and more!
The concept of Fresh and Free allows you to take the Jenny Craig foods you already love and add fresh ingredients. One of my favorite was Jenny Craig’s Chicken Alfredo meal topped with fresh asparagus and peppers. Not only did the dish look like it came from a five star restaurant, but it tasted incredible! I also opted to taste a dessert that I typically would never eat- the Lemon Cake. It was so moist and light, yet flavorful and filling. It has become a dessert favorite on my menu!
With Jenny Craig, members can still enjoy all of their favorite foods. There is NO eliminating food groups, counting, tracking, or worrying! You can now satisfy your hunger and let your inner chef soar by finding inventive ways to enjoy healthy foods.
