Quick and Easy Crock Pot Chicken Recipe
Now that the crisp fall weather is in full force, its the perfect time to break out that crock pot for dinners! My favorite thing about using my crock pot is the ability to set up my meal and then forget about until its just about time to eat. While many people use crock pots for stews and soups, one of my favorite proteins to use is (no surprise) chicken. Simmering chicken in the crock pot all day not only leaves it tender, but it stays filled with juices! This 5 ingredient recipe is sure to become a family favorite!
Ingredients
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 can water
Place chicken in crock pot. Add all 3 cans of soup and 1/2 can water. Set temperature on high for 4-6 hours. Serve over rice.
That’s it! This delicious meal had my boys asking for seconds (and thirds). Its the perfect dinner to warm you up on those chilly fall evenings and can be prepped and served in a matter of minutes!!
