Pumpkin Lovers Unite At Pumpkins On The Point
Fall in New England is a wonderful time of year! The leaves are changing colors while the air is cool and crisp. There are many locations for the Pumpkin lovers to indulge, however I’m most excited about a little gem I found called Pumpkins on the Point located at Saybrook Point Inn! If you followed our Anniversary Getaway, you know we quickly feel in love with Saybrook Point Inn. Pumpkins on the Point is a FREE event that is held on Halloween and perfect for the family!
The event kicks off at 11am and runs until 6pm. Sit back and gaze upon the hundreds of lit carved pumpkins and savor seasonal delights (prepared by Fresh Salt) while enjoying the following activities with the family:
- Trick or Treat trail
- Face painting
- Dance to the sounds of the D.J.
- Explore Saybrook Point on a hayride
- Enjoy the photo booth
- Games
- Farmer’s market
- Pumpkin painting
- Pumpkin carving demonstrations
- Cemetery tour
Celebrate our evening at the Pumpkins on the Point After Party with a Halloween Masquerade (for guests 21 and over) by purchasing tickets and dancing the night away in the Waterfront Ballroom!

Wow that’s gorgeous! I love the way they decorated the waterfront!
They do such an amazing job with decorating! I couldn’t believe how many pumpkins they brought in to cover the property!.
Oh, this place is beautiful. I might have to make a trip up North! Seriously though, who has to clean up all those pumpkins?
It is so gorgeous! If you make it up here, you should definitely try to check out Saybrook Point Inn.
