The entire donation process is absolutely free and super convenient. The process for vehicle pickup is a touchless experience, plus as a donor you may be eligible for tax deductions!
Here’s How It Works:
1. Visit the website Car4DAV.com to submit the secure online form or call 844-440-4267 seven days a week.
2. Schedule Your Free and Convenient Pick-up: DAV works around your schedule to pick-up your donated vehicle. As long as your vehicle is towable and tow truck accessible, DAV provides free and convenient pick-up that is a touchless experience. We can pick up your vehicle just about anywhere in the U.S. within 72 hours of completing the donation.
3. Get Your Tax Deduction. Most vehicle donations qualify for a tax deduction. When your vehicle is picked up, the driver will provide you with an initial donation receipt. You may claim as a tax deduction the fair market value of your vehicle up to $500 on your donation even if your vehicle sells for less. If your vehicle sells for over $500, we will provide a 1098-C IRS form which will allow you to claim the full sale price.
