Each November 11th, we honor soldiers who served and continue to serve in our military by celebrating Veteran’s Day. November 11th is a symbolic day, as its the anniversary of the 1918 signing of the armistice, that ended World War I hostilities between the Allied nations and Germany. Our family proudly celebrates Veteran’s Day as my husband and I both have numerous friends and family members who have courageously served in our military, from Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard.
